ICCF-18 Conference: “Applying the Scientific Method to Understanding Anomalous Heat Effects: Opportunities and Challenges.”

This is a live Streaming Demo of a Hydrogen/Nickel based LENR (Low Energy Nuclear Reactor).  This is what got me interested in Fractional Hydrogen/Dark Matter and all the weird stuff on this blog that popped out of my research.

The video is also available in other languages from yesterday.  They are demonstrating an approx 4:1 energy GAIN at the kW level.  I believe this reactor is using a form of accelerated decay, which I believe is how nature works.
