Very cooked reef, cooked fish, cooked turtles.  300 Billion watts of EIRP radiation on top of the hill and another few billion watts of EIRP radiation from warships when RIMPAC is in town every few years.  Not much runoff from the land, low tourist volume, not many tourist boats. No heavy industry runoff on North shore. Not much else it could be.
