If you look at the bottom left corner of the screen you will see the public walking trail goes right beside the high voltage substation, underneath high voltage lines(twice) and there is also a microwave/RF tower located there, which is just icing on the cake.

All of that high voltage equipment can generate harmful ionizing radiation, which can cause cancer
High Voltage substations and transmission lines generate ionizing UVc (and UVa & UVb) radiation, known to damage DNA. The red blobs are the ionizing radiation reaching the camera (and the person taking the video)
IMO, It is extremely stupid and negligent to put a public, family walking trail directly beside and underneath high voltage equipment.

Documents filed with the Federal Court of Canada show that the German firm, BBC Chartering, is seeking to “arrest” the school-bus-sized Turbine Control Centre (TCC) attached to the Cape Sharp turbine that now sits on the floor of Minas Passage.
