The electromagnetic fields from high EIRP Earthstations are refracting off the atmosphere and triggering hypoxic conditions in the gulf by reducing dissolved oxygen at the surface of the seawater as well as coupling with the sea surface and grounding out into the seawater triggering chronic, weak electrical currents, gradually killing everything in the local vicinity.
