Exploded View, EIRP Watts(Effective Isotropic Radiated Power) from antennas in the area. Maps imply you cannot transmit an unlimited amount of electromagnetic radiation into the atmosphere with low level aircraft flights overhead to reflect it back on people.
The highest dose of radiation may be reflecting off low flying aircraft flying over microwave earthstations and pulsed micorwave radars, increasing radiation in the nearby surroundings.
Yeah, I’m pretty sure its the electromagnetic radiation, appears to be a strong correlation with higher frequency satellite earthstations that emit a constant stream of radiation along with a correlation around pulsed radars. I need a bottle.

Dark Matters a Lot 
This reflection hypothesis would make total sense as I live directly under a major commercial flightpath for McCarran International in SW Las Vegas (as well as the non-commercial flightpath of jets engaged in ongoing geoengineering and solar obfuscation programs) and the interference is extreme. I thought it was the smart meters and the proximity of the houses, but this would certainly fit. There are huge towers on all sides of the Las Vegas valley, not too mention bizarre looking ones going up on Las Vegas Blvd. that create blackout spots for Sirius Satellite Radio, not too mention “less obvious” radio dishes and antennae.
