Somewhere Between the Rainbow?

Put on your dark glasses for a minute.  Imagine that a weakly interacting massive dark matter particle is orbiting up from the Earth and back down in an elliptical, 2-body decaying Kepler Orbit at relativistic speeds (FAST).  Imagine that it can collapse gasses in its path, creating low pressure and wind, condensing water vapor in the atmosphere into ice/clouds/storms and ionizing the air if it carries a charge.
