Pulsed Electromagnetic(Microwave) Radiation Dissolves Calcium compounds and Kills Fish and other marine Life, OK?  A 500,000 watt microsecond duration pulse is 900 feet long and gets bent and reflected by the atmosphere and grounds out instantly into the Earth and Oceans. No averaging over 1 second, that is bullshit.  Humans are electrocuting and dissolving their surroundings with every pulse of those Dopplers.  Radiation Intensity increases significantly during storms/low overcast skies due to increased reflection and scatter to the Earth below. Never should have taken a military weapon, the pulsed microwave radar, and parked them all around civilians.
