I would alert the EPA of a potential Biohazard along the beaches. You have a tremendous amount of diseased, dissolving and dead biology along the North shore from what I can tell and Terry has well documented it.

- Tell them the local marine biologist has documented severe disease, death and dissolution in the ocean around the North Shore/military base
- Tell them a USGS Scientist has declared an epidemic along the North Shore of Kauai
- Tell them a congresswoman has requested information from the military due to an obvious acceleration of disease during RIMPAC
- Tell them a senior chemical engineer has documented evidence of disease, death and dissolution around other radar stations similar to Kauai

- Tell them your cat died, your mom is sick with cancer and you are sick
- Tell them it is soooo bad they are making a movie about it.
