Milolii Reef Area down past Kalalau, Kauai, HI. Diseased and DEAD. Red/Yellow Shading is estimated scattered Microwave Radiation Overhead Pulsed Power Density. Actual Power striking ocean’s surface will vary with atmospheric conditions (more precipitation/clouds more refraction to ocean)

Red/Yellow/Green areas should have the most disease in Marine Life if the scattered pulsed microwaves are having an effect. Surface regions of ocean should be chronically electrically charged in those areas grounding into the reefs/ocean bottom below. Refracted power hitting ocean/ground will be highest during storms (just watch the Doppler weather radar intensity). Salt water is more conductive than fresh water so that should be worse. 1-4″ surface waves of ocean should help increase EMF collection of 2-6 GHz radiation (waves act like receiving antennas).

Hi [Govt Representative),
Here is a diagram from our chemical expert[loose interpretation…] who is tracking the use of the military microwave towers and where on Kauai the reefs should be the most damaged! I have over 500 hours underwater shooting video in this area, and for the last three years Stewart’s radar usage maps line up perfectly with the damaged reefs!!
Two years ago the coral reefs at Milolii down past Kalalau were pristine and health. I have lots of video. A year ago the military stepped up their microwave towers in the area by an additional 6 million watts. The entire reef now at Milolii is dead. Everything. Completely fried. I also have video. A military electronic expert verified to me when these towers were turned up to full capacity!! I know they use the towers to track the activities along the coastline of countries like Russia and China [Those dumbasses are frying their reefs/children also] but maybe this can still be done but in a more friendly way to our coastal environment. All countries need national security but this should not be done at the peril of our own environment.
This is a real disaster and I hope we can get a handle on it soon before it is too late to save our marine ecosystem here in Kauai.
Aloha,
Terry
