Recently, a number of reports revealed that under certain conditions the irradiation by low intensity MW can substantially induce cancer progression in humans and in animal models. The carcinogenic effect of MW irradiation is typically manifested after long term (up to 10 years and more) exposure. Nevertheless, even a year of operation of a powerful base transmitting station for mobile communication reportedly resulted in a dramatic increase of cancer incidence among population living nearby.”

More birds fall
“LIHUE — The U.S. Air Force said it is still working to address a lighting issue at its Kokee [RADAR]station that has led to more than 120 fallen endangered seabirds.
Over the weekend and Monday, 13 birds were taken into care after dropping from the sky around the 10-acre Kokee Air Force [RADAR] Station, bringing the total number of downed birds to 126.
One death was reported, bringing that count to 10. The majority of the injured or killed are Newell’s shearwaters, although Hawaiian petrels have also been affected.
Anastasia Wasem, spokeswoman for the U.S. Air Force stationed in Alaska, said Monday the Air Force is trying to pinpoint what led to the sudden rash of falls.[CHECK THE RADAR DUMBASSES]
“In the short term, we turned off all the exterior lights[NOW NOBODY CAN SEE] we can at night,” she said. “It’s not an elimination, but there has been a pretty big reduction.”
The problem is believed to be misdirected lights[BS] combined with foggy weather[REFRACTION FROM RADAR HEATING & SHOCKING BIRDS]. Shearwaters fly over land at night and can become distracted by lights, causing them to hit manmade objects or fly until exhaustion. If they fall to the ground in either case, they become vulnerable to predators have a difficult flying again because they need copious amount of space and wind to launch.
Wasem said nobody is aware how or why the lights were positioned incorrectly — if that is the case[DIVERSION FROM REAL PROBLEM]
“We want to know the answer to that, too,” she said. “If we know that reason, we can help mitigate it more. But right now, we’re” unsure.
Lights should be pointed at the ground [that makes a lot of sense] as not to reflect in the sky for the sensitive birds.
“It’s possible a storm came through and changed the lighting just a little bit,” Wasem added.
Last week, around 80 birds fell over the course of a few days. Officials called the situation unusual[no shit] because they are adult birds, experienced fliers that rarely have such trouble. Around a dozen birds would usually fall in a year before fledgling season begins. Fledgling season starts today and runs until Dec. 15 and is when newborn birds take flight for the first time. The youngsters are more susceptible to disorientation and accidents.”

Our data and reef surveys indicate this disease/disassociation may be due to electromagnetic damage caused by chronic low level electrical currents from nearby high power, high gain antennas and radar stations inducting and conducting into the nearby shallow, conductive seawater.

Lighting [notice they say LIGHTING!-like light bulbs], weather causes 114 Newell’s shearwaters, Hawaiian petrels to fall from the sky; 9 die
LIHUE, Kauai, HI — More than 100 endangered seabirds recently required care after falling from the sky due to lighting [WTF, those are some bright lights!?] issues at Kokee State Park.
A majority of the adult birds were Newell’s shearwaters, along with a few Hawaiian petrels. About 80 were injured this week around the Kokee Air Force station [25,000 Watt RADAR STATION], and nine died. Officials said faulty light positioning [WTF?] at the tracking facility likely reflected off dense fog and created poor navigability and resulted in collisions and falls.
“This is very, very unusual,” said Aaron Nadig, island team manager with the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Services in Honolulu. “Usually, when we see falling birds, it’s the fledgling season.”
Fledgling season begins Tuesday and runs to Dec. 15. It’s the time of year newly born shearwaters fly out to the ocean for the first time. The endangered bird, which navigates over land at night, can be distracted by lights to the point of flying into manmade objects or disorienting themselves to the point of exhaustion. Either way, if they fall to the ground, they become vulnerable to predators or moving vehicles.
But the 114 grounded birds as of Friday are adults. Experienced fliers like those don’t get disoriented as easily, especially not in big numbers.
“Adults falling from light attraction is very unusual,” Nadig said. “All of us, including the Air Force[BS], want to fix this right away.”
A multi-agency collaboration is underway to treat the injured birds and fix the lighting problem, including the U.S. Fish and Wildlife, the Kokee Air Force [RADAR] Station, Kauai Endangered Species Recovery Program and Kauai Division of Forestry and Wildlife.
Nadig said the Air Force [RADAR] facility had a few lights that weren’t positioned correctly[WTF??]. The lights should have been pointed directly at the ground, as not to reflect in the skies, but some of them weren’t. He said the facility switched over to green lights in 2011 and upgraded the facility the following year.
USFWS hadn’t followed up with the facility but is working with the Air Force to fix the problem. The Air Force, which didn’t return a message seeking comment[NOT SURPRISED], has been shutting down its lights as the groups address the problem.
Weather could be a factor, too. The area has been covered in dense fog, along with rain and humidity. [Refraction, Induction and Conduction of electrical charge from the radar station will increase during wet, damp foggy conditions.]
“It’s a light attraction that’s been exacerbated by the fog,” Nadig said. [WTF??????]
