The Anthropic Principle, the Dark Ages and a Warning

November 24, 2012

1298 thru 1314 had all of the markers.

From “The gods of Eden,” by William Bramley

“The first outbreak of the Plague in Europe followed an unusual series of events. Between 1298 and 1314, seven large “comets” were seen over Europe; one was of “awe-inspiring blackness.” To the people of Europe, these sightings were considered omens of the Plague which soon followed.

A great many people throughout Europe and other Plague stricken regions of the world were reporting that outbreaks of the Plague were caused by foul-smelling “mists”. Those mists frequently appeared after unusually bright lights in the sky. The historian quickly discovers that “mists” were reported far more frequently and in many more locations than were rodent infestations. The Plague years were, in fact, a period of heavy UFO activity.

It is true that some reported “comets” were probably just that; comets. On the other hand it is important to note that almost any unusual object in the sky was called a “comet.” This leads us to wonder how many other ancient “comets” were actually similar rocketlike objects. When we are confronted with an old report of a comet, we therefore do not really know what kind of thing we are dealing with unless there is a fuller description. A report of a sudden increase in “comets” or similar celestial phenomena may, in fact, mean an increase in UFO activity.”

“The link between unusual aerial phenomena and the Black Death was established immediately during the first outbreaks of the Plague in Asia. As one historian tells us: The first reports (of the plague) came out of the East. They were confused, exaggerated, frightening, as reports from that quarter of the world so often are; descriptions of storms and earthquakes; of meteors and comets trailing noxious gases that killed trees and destroyed the fertility of the land.”

In astrophysics and cosmology, the anthropic principle is the philosophical consideration that observations of the physical Universe must be compatible with the conscious life that observes it. Some proponents of the anthropic principle reason that it explains why the Universe has the age and the fundamental physical constants necessary to accommodate conscious life. As a result, they believe it is unremarkable that the universe’s fundamental constants happen to fall within the narrow range thought to be compatible with life[1]

The phrase “anthropic principle” first appeared in Brandon Carter‘s contribution to a 1973 Kraków symposium honouring Copernicus’s 500th birthday. Carter, a theoretical astrophysicist, articulated the Anthropic Principle in reaction to the Copernican Principle, which states that humans do not occupy a privileged position in the Universe. As Carter said: “Although our situation is not necessarily central, it is inevitably privileged to some extent.”[14] Specifically, Carter disagreed with using the Copernican principle to justify the Perfect Cosmological Principle, which states that all large regions and times in the universe must be statistically identical. The latter principle underlay the steady-state theory, which had recently been falsified by the 1965 discovery of the cosmic microwave background radiation. This discovery was unequivocal evidence that the universe has changed radically over time (for example, via the Big Bang).

Carter defined two forms of the Anthropic Principle, a “weak” one which referred only to anthropic selection of privileged spacetime locations in the universe, and a more controversial “strong” form which addressed the values of the fundamental constants of physics.

Roger Penrose explained the weak form as follows:
“The argument can be used to explain why the conditions happen to be just right for the existence of (intelligent) life on the earth at the present time. For if they were not just right, then we should not have found ourselves to be here now, but somewhere else, at some other appropriate time. This principle was used very effectively by Brandon Carter and Robert Dicke to resolve an issue that had puzzled physicists for a good many years. The issue concerned various striking numerical relations that are observed to hold between the physical constants (the gravitational constant, the mass of the proton, the age of the universe, etc.). A puzzling aspect of this was that some of the relations hold only at the present epoch in the earth’s history, so we appear, coincidentally, to be living at a very special time (give or take a few million years!). This was later explained, by Carter and Dicke, by the fact that this epoch coincided with the lifetime of what are called main-sequence stars, such as the sun. At any other epoch, so the argument ran, there would be no intelligent life around in order to measure the physical constants in question — so the coincidence had to hold, simply because there would be intelligent life around only at the particular time that the coincidence did hold!”—The Emperor’s New Mind, Chapter 10

So here is my point.  The Anthropic principle tells us that life will only flourish in areas of the universe where “Dark Energy” or “Vacuum Energy” is within a restricted range.  Since Comets that breakup in our inner solar system increase the amount of dark energy within our area of our galaxy based upon my model, they can be detrimental to life and throw it out of “balance”  Orbital dark matter, arriving directly from comet nuclei or ejected from the sun during massive coronal mass ejections and flares will be evident through extreme weather, earthquakes, volcanism and ill health in all biological beings where it is orbiting in high concentrations on Earth.
I believe many of the initial health problems at the start of the dark ages were most likely ionizing radiation poisoning from the beta decay triggered by orbital dark matter. This was followed by all of the opportunistic diseases such as the plague which ran rampant. Crops died due to the sudden drop in temperatures from the condensing triggered by the dark matter particles. If we evolve we can hopefully avoid the fate of millions in those dark years. Our friends in the fields are warning us and at the same time trying to help us. If we lose our power grid due to solar flares we may be no better off than those in 1300, maybe worse. WE NEED TO LISTEN.
