Given that the safe limit is 10 watts / sq. meter for EMF, I would look closely at the “pulsed” power level reflecting over that area. Each pulse is only a microsecond (0.000001 seconds) but in that time electricity (E field of pulse) can travel over 900 feet. EMF pulses can discharge into the ocean/biology by three different methods, electric induction, magnetic induction and resistive coupling. See my last post. At first glance it appears to be less power than in the Indian River Lagoon (The 12,000,000 pulsed watts of radars sit directly beside the lagoon) and appear to be ELECTROCUTING the sea life.
Our pulsed microwave radars are nothing but EMP weapons, reflecting and discharging 24/7 into waterways. Feel comfortable that we have over a billion watts pulsing over us 24/7 from Uncle Sam and his dumbass politicians that were sold a bill of military goods. Shut the F*&^*ing things down. NOW!
Indian River Lagoon sea turtles and dolphins are riddled with fungal growths and tumors. And biologists are finding higher incidence in Brevard than elsewhere in Florida of a strange cancer in redfin needlefish, especially in the Banana River. Needlefish are an important bait fish.

What’s left of the coral reef is diseased from all of the microwaves anyway, You might as well blow that up
It’s a good thing we have Google Glass to show our kids in virtual reality what a reef used to look like.
If you live in one of the following countries you should FEEL PROUD today of your Navy.
Australia, Brunei, Canada, Chile, Colombia, France, India, Indonesia, Japan, Malaysia, Mexico, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, the People’s Republic of China, Peru, the Republic of Korea, the Republic of the Philippines, Singapore, Tonga, the United Kingdom and the United States
Also, honorable mention goes out to the Russians for a direct hit with a microwave radar-guided missile on a lumbering 777 with lots of mothers and kids on board!

Hi That Person,
If you are interested, concerned or otherwise moved by the contents of this email, please feel free to contact your elected representatives with your concerns. Find out what is going on with our environment, and what our government is doing about it.
The Rim of the Pacific (RIMPAC) 2014 war games are damaging Hawaii’s marine life. These are largest military war games in the world involving 23 countries, and there is ample scientific evidence that pulsed electromagnetic radiation, sonar blasting and other forms of electronic warfare practiced during these war games are destroying Kauai’s coral reef ecosystems.
While the military damage to marine mammals is well documented, there is virtually no research done on sharks, invertegrates and smaller forms of marine life such as coral polyps and cyano-bacteria. The military is required by federal law to investigate any possible degradation to the habitat of an endangered species, they need to study the effects of their electronic warfare on the complete near-shore marine environment.
The state and federal government also needs to have independent marine biologists in the water during the entire war games with instrumentation to monitor and record unusual behavior within the marine ecosystems and to insure compliance by the military.
In Kauai, we face the worst outbreak of coral disease on the planet, the very corals are dissolving into chalk and falling off the reef. The military must be held accountable before we have only dead reef surrounding our islands.

I have been involved with hundreds of industrial environmental projects over my career as a chemical engineer. Typical organic and inorganic wastes, diluted quickly in the ocean cannot do what you are seeing. Also, many areas of that reef showing disease are not close to runoff. I do know something that is proven to have an effect on immune systems and can dissolve calcium carbonates. Many of the pulsed microwave radars atop the hill in Kauai operate in the 2-6 GHz freuequency range. I calculate cumulative, overlapping pulsed power(not averaged over 1 second) of over 1000 w/m2 in the area of that coral reef. Salt water is a great conductor of electricity and has lots of ions in solutions for charge clustering.
Here are some references for microwave radiation
Here is research on electromagnetic radiation effects on water
The radars and missiles and microwaves I mean, let them go.
Guys, what do you say we ditch all of the high powered, pulsed microwave radar towers, all of the ICBMs they are tracking and all of the microwave guided missiles that can’t tell the difference between a 777, a fighter and a fast moving cloud. Makes sense for our children right? Then we figure out how to do navigation and weather surveillence and communications without giving our children added diseases from all of these pulsed microwaves. US, Russia, China, India, Pakistan, North Korea, etc. all sit down and admit this is madness for our children and our futures. Those trillions of dollars are much better spent on health and infrastructure and creating a better world for our children. There is really no option.
