7-25-13 Red Tide, Persistent Doppler Reflectivity over Puget Sound (and a few scattered Earthquakes)
I have been staring at Google Earth way too much lately. Anyway, I decided to look at that strong reflectivity over Seattle, Washington that has been persistent. I placed tabs last week where I noticed in the news there were a couple of beach closures in the Seattle area and red tide and a drowning to the North in the area of Red Tide in Canada. I missed this headline in June:
Red algae blooms in Puget Sound not “red tide”
LYMPIA, Wash. — The Washington State Department of Ecology said the red algae blooming currently in Puget Sound are harmless to people. Lab tests show the red-orange blooms are not the so-called “red tide,” which refers to paralytic shellfish poisoning. Reports of algae blooms are coming in from around the area, from Bainbridge Island to the Strait of Juan de Fuca. The harmless red-orange algae is Noctiluca (nock-ti-LU-kah). Ecology officials said the single-celled micro-organism occurs normally this time of year. This type of plankton does not photosynthesize but gets its red color from the phytoplankton it eats. It may appear as large red-brown streaks along current and tidal convergence lines. Ecology officials thank the public for keeping them informed about the health of Puget Sound.Chopper 7 was over the bloom in Puget Sound on Thursday.
So the moral of the story is be careful what you read, especially on this blog. And guys, don’t worry if you don’t believe me, my wife doesn’t always and neither do my kids.

As I stare and look at that plot of Florida this evening, the only other reason I can come up with for the relationship between those Doppler Echos and Red Tide is maybe they have the Doppler signal turned up way too high and it is frying the area, in that case they should turn down the gain quickly…

I mentioned on this blog way back when that my mother was an ex-Marine and proud of it. She was very outspoken and a little sarcastic at times but she knew how to get her point across. Anyway, I have my mind vapor locked on this Lithium issue so I have been Googling and reading and thinking and I have come to the conclusion that the Wicked Witch of The West was powered by Lithium. It took a lot of deep thought to arrive at that conclusion but I will clue you in.
Crash investigators in the United Arab Emirates traced the fire that destroyed a UPS plane in 2010 to the cargo of lithium batteries, and found that smoke-detection equipment took too long to alert the crew, according to a report released Wednesday.
And I found out the other hybrid car maker whose cars caught fire in New Jersey during Hurricane Sandy
“According to a new report, three Toyota Prius models parked at the same location [as the Fisker Karmas] also burned in the storm’s aftermath. Both the standard Prius hybrid and Prius plug-in hybrid models caught fire after being submerged in saltwater as a result of the storm.”
And as I said yesterday, Fisker blames their fires not on the batteries but on a short circuit from the controller. What did you expect. That is sort of like asking a geologist if the Earth’s core is made of molten rock or metal, you already know the answer.
Boeing is assuming the latest Lithium mishap was either water (condensation) or a “pinched wire?” inside a Honeywell Beacon. And, what the hell, we’ll just take out the emergency beacon. Boeing never really found the cause of the initial Lithium Ion battery smoke and fires as reported below:
“Investigators in the United States and Japan have still not been able to identify precisely what caused the batteries to overheat, and, in one case, ignite. Boeing’s fixes include better insulation for the batteries’ eight cells, and a stainless steel box designed to encase the batteries and contain fire and vent possible smoke or hazardous gases out of the planes.”
So I don’t know about you, but I don’t feel any better about the known cause of those Lithium battery fires except that Lithium does appear eager to leave this universe, which we already knew. So let’s just go with water as the cause because my theory is too far fetched. Which is what led me to believe the Wicked Witch of the West must be powered by Lithium Batteries.

7-24-13 Doppler Reflectivity and Red Tide Testing
I am really trying to get you guys thinking. I hope it is working. If it were me, I would not return any of those rehabilitated Manatees back to those areas of high reflectivity. I think the Doppler reflectivity is having an effect on biology.

16 Fisker Karmas burned up on the lot during Hurricane Sandy

Did you know that during Hurricane Sandy 16 Fisker Karmas in New Jersey caught fire sitting in a parking lot and they blamed it on something other than the batteries, specifically salt water? Other hybrids also caught fire around New Jersey according to Fisker.
Did you know Jet Streams and Hurricanes contain massive amounts of energy?
Did you know that dark matter/energy is supposed to make up 95% of the energy in the universe?

So at the bottom of this article is a Google Earth Screen shot of Florida from 9:40 PM this evening, and you will see even clearer that the Doppler Radar reflectivity continues to line up very well with red tide (Karenia Brevis) positive test sampling. It has been that way for the past few months I have been watching. Now you should ask yourself how on Earth is the weather, which according to most textbooks is primarily puffy clouds and water with a little lightning thrown in, killing hundreds of Manatees, dolphins and pelicans that spend much of their time underwater.
Here is an excerpt from today’s article in Bloomberg
“We’ve had a total of 17(Manatees) come in,” said zookeeper Jennifer Galbraith. “Honestly we wish there were more because the more that come in here means fewer that end up on the necropsy table. We’ve lost over 400, and we saved only 17. That’s not good.”
Now I don’t ask anybody to believe me, please go ahead and open Google Earth and download the data from the following and see for yourself. I happen to have done my own research and developed a theory that has led me to this awareness, which actually appears pretty obvious to me now, but I want you to see it for yourself and forget anything I ever told you.

This is Bagel, when she wags her tail I know I am on to something.
This is my 500th post to this blog in Approx. 330 days. To be honest, along with my normal daily duties it has been a bit exhausting but I am honored that people from approx. 190 countries from around the world have read my posts. I am sure you realize I am not a professional researcher but I am a thinker. I like to read about Nature and Science and “theorize” about how this place works. Our lives pass so quickly everyone should have a theory. To me, since much of my surroundings now appear to be quantum I can never be 100% sure I am correct and like I said before, I hope that through darkness comes light.

Luckily, it is weakly interacting, it takes about 80 years on average to kill us humans… I think as the stuff decays it is creating water vapor in the atmosphere overhead (2H+ + O– = H2O) , which is what the Doppler is reflecting off. No wonder we have so much water around here. It is also probably why comets spit out water, same animals, just stay away from the energetic stuff. Green tabs below are Red Tide.
