MYSTERIOUS MOON HALOS OVER FINLAND: Luminous halos around the Moon are nothing unusual, especially in wintertime Finland where the air is so often filled with ice. Crystals of frozen H2O catch the moonlight and bend it into a circular ring of light. A few nights ago, however, Sauli Koski of Muonio, Finland, witnessed a halo that was not circular, but elliptical: “On Jan. 15th, the weather changed. As the temperature dropped from -7C to -37C, there were all kinds of ice halos to photograph,” says Koski. “The best and rarest were these elliptical forms that lasted more than 20 minutes.”
Although physicists have been studying ice halos for decades, not all are understood. “Elliptical halos are one of the puzzles,” says atmospheric optics expert Les Cowley. ” We can simulate them by invoking hexagonal plate-like crystals topped by almost flat pyramid faces. However, the simulations do not fit very well and such crystals are unphysical. Crystal facets like to form along planes where there are lots of atoms or molecules – almost flat pyramids do not fit the bill at all. Perhaps some peculiar distorted snowflake types instead?” “These mysteries all add to the spice of halo observing, the beautiful, the unexpected, the unexplained, something new!”
So to me, it appears there are possibly two cosmic strings of differing mass/energy causing that lensing between the photographer and the moon due to the two superimposed images. I am not exactly sure of their orientation, but that will be a tremendous amount of dark/vacuum energy if I am correct. The optical physicist is at a loss to try and explain that elliptical shape of those strings, which is similar to the elliptical shape of those lensing strings witnessed during Hurricane Sandy. The hexagonal ice crystals are a by-product of these strings as they both extract entropy/condense the surrounding atmosphere at the same time they are decaying through quantum decoherence and triggering what we humans call the “Weather”. You will also notice that the temperature dropped sharply as the strings condensed and cooled the surrounding gas.
Unfortunately for humans, these strings are also ionizing and condensing US as they decohere into the Earth, causing what we call “AGING”, which is really not a function of “Time”, which does not exist, but a function of the amount of this vacuum energy we are surrounded by at any given time.. They will also weaken and decay Earthen matter wherever they enter, triggering seismic events if the stress conditions are right within the Earth. As we pass between the Sun and other planets we get an increase in this vacuum energy and more severe weather. It appears to me a large flare or comet can really upset the quantum vacuum apple cart as local vacuum levels increase.
Here is a good, recent research paper on cosmic strings. You will see they mention that “A source might be microlensed twice by two different length strings”.
I think that may be occurring in that photo. During Hurricane Sandy, there were even more strings creating elliptical lenses and ionizing and condensing their surroundings, creating one hell of an atmospheric “disturbance”. At least we know now why we are all here on Earth for just a very short “time”.

AURORA, BOOM! On Jan. 11th, Bjørn Hugo Hansen of Øverbygd, Norway, observed an explosive display of auroras–with sound effects. “The temperature was -27 C, and I was standing on the ice by our cabin. In the distance I could hear cracking sounds from the ice, a strange sound like a mix of whale bubbles hitting the ice and a small earthquake. This happens often. I believe it is stronger tonight, though, because of a big drop in temperature. Faint auroras were dancing quietly overhead when I spoke to myself — ‘Come on Aurora – give me all you got.’ And BOOM! The sky exploded behind me. “Lady Aurora twisted around the sky, she threw her bridal veil all around,” continues Hansen. “I was in ecstasy … and as if that was not enough, the ice under me made a large DRUN! I had never heard the sound of the ice crack this close before, almost right under me. It was an enormous sound. A thin crack 5mm wide rushed across the lake. Then it became quiet and Aurora disappeared. AMAZING!”
To me, our basic problem as humans appears to be that we think hot, cold, dry and wet can account for all of our weather disturbances and that the atmosphere could not possibly cause an Earthquake. And based upon our Captain Kangaroo version of the weather and Flintstones model of the universe that would be true, just watch the NASA video.
So that is why I am feeling a bit disenchanted with the whole geophysical and meteorological thing going on as Nature is suffering in a very big way, our children and grandparents included. If there is anybody that first identified strings in our atmosphere, IT WOULD BE THIS FEMALE CORRESPONDENT. It is really a pretty sad state of affairs when PhD’s can’t understand that hot, cold, wet and dry cannot do what you are seeing, but their denial appears to run wide and deep.
In the end, this shortsightedness is killing all of us. I am just thinking of the billions of dollars that have flowed to contractors and learning institutions to study this stuff and install all of those high powered microwave radars and point them at Dick and Jane and Spot and not realize, to this day what is causing all of the anomalous Doppler readings and reflections in the atmosphere. And with all of those billions that have flowed, why there have never been any long term studies that I can find that say there is no effect on surrounding biology around these radars even though back in the 1990’s there was concern by many scientists.
Pretty sad state of affairs. And yet those radars are blaring 24/7 just so I can know when it is drizzling out and the US and Russia and North Korea can point their missiles at each other while they injure their own children with their radars.
How did we ever end up here and where does one get off?

If fish kill numbers were solely linked to human population, Gainsville, FL would have higher fish kills and Melbourne (29th largest city) would have much lower kills. Large number of Manatees and Dolphins died in Melbourne, Fl also.

Margaret Lynott, manager of the Stranding Response Program at the Virginia Aquarium, will address the stranding epidemic at 7 p.m. on Jan. 30 in Waterman’s Hall at the Virginia Institute of Marine Science inGloucester Point. So far, more than 1,000 bottlenose dolphin have died along the mid-Atlantic coast, most of them in Virginia. The deaths are believed caused by a morbillivirus, similar to measles in humans and distemper in canines.
Basically I think the atmosphere is a “weakly ionized plasma” conductor due to its quantum vacuum field discharging the Sun’s energy. This is also what causes “St. Elmo’s Fire”. Much of the pulsed energy from those microwave towers, which is many megawatts due to the overlap is being conducted into those waterways. Salt water is a good conductor and I think the dolphins are getting bathed in this ionized bath, which damages immune systems. It is a chronic situation, 24/7 around these pulsed towers.
Best I can figure, but I am not a smart man.
So far so good, my quantum earthquake Doppler spacetime wrinkler model is still batting 1000. All Eleven seismic events over the past week in the Midwest have been within 50 miles of Doppler Radar Towers. In general, the more towers, the more Earthquakes. I am thinking maybe a combination of water underground along with vacuum disturbances discharging from the overhead atmosphere work together to trigger the quakes through sudden flash/vacuum evaporation. Of course I might just be making that up…I am thinking something similar might be going on in the ocean when those beaked whales surface and strand with concussions and such.
Isn’t that a lot of Doppler Radars and a lot of Earthquakes for a little old island like Puerto Rico??

Implications of radioactivity in seawater to desalination
In Santa Cruz County California

Introduction
The seawater off the California coastline in Santa Cruz County is contaminated with elevated levels of radiation. While the elevated radiation levels are not in dispute, the controversy is over the source of that elevated radiation. Is it due to natural sources or due Fukushima Japan’s TEPCO nuclear power plant melting down and dumping 300 tons of radioactive water into the ocean every day? What ever the source, the removal of such radiation will be a concern to the public that needs to be examined in the final EIR process on the proposed regional desalination facility being conducted by the City of Santa Cruz and Soquel Creek Water District.
This report examines, the understanding of radiation, discusses the controversy over the source of the elevated radiation levels between scientists and government officials, possibly attempting to downplay the seriousness of the Fukushima TEPCO nuclear power plant as the source of elevated radiation levels in seawater and air born emissions of radiation near the tide line. The report contains fact about radiation, the method of calibration and analysis of the results of air and seawater samples collected at the Capitola Beach seashore.

The amount of radioactivity in a quantity of material can be determined by noting how many curies of the material are present. In the International System of units (SI), the becquerel (Bq) is the unit of radioactivity. One Bq is 1 disintegration per second (dps). One curie is 37 billion Bq……
The sh^%! is about to hit the fan in California, site of millions of krill deaths, seal pups wasting, sea stars wasting and now elevated level of weakly ionizing radiation on the beaches and in the water along the coastline. That area of Capitola Beach has EIGHT OVERLAPPING HIGH POWERED PULSED MICROWAVE RADARS WITHIN 50 MILES OF EACH OTHER. My research tells me they have exceeded the limit our Spacetime continum can handle..BTW, could somebody email me the Doppler radiation safety manual that says you can overlap unlimitted amounts of microwave radiation before you cook junior playing in the sand with his plastic shovels?
Circles are Doppler Microwave Radars – There are 8 within 50 miles of Capitola Beach. Red Teardrops are dissolving sea stars (starfish). I was also tracking algae blooms in that area a few months ago.
The only good new is I think the radiation will subside if you immediately TURN OFF those microwave radars (I think the radiation acts light a like a light bulb from the atmosphere when the radars are on. But of course it will take the government and Scientists months or years to pontificate over this. They better not wait too long. The only song I could think of is the following…

Evidence for Increased Disease in Marine Wildlife Due to Electromagnetic Radiation from nearby microwave Earthstations and Pulsed Microwave Radars (FAA, Weather, Military & Private Doppler Radars)
This research looked at spatial evidence of increased disease/death in fish near high powered, pulsed microwave doppler radars and microwave earthstations, using data collected over the course of 3 years from the Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission. Locations of dead and diseased marine fish were Geocoded with latitude and longitude as well as radar station coordinates. Incidence of disease/death rates at locations vs. distance from radar locations were analyzed using a Python program and compared to an equal number of dummy radar station locations along coastlines and throughout the State. The data was shuffled 10,000 times to establish a p-Value. P-values were consistently below 0.01 for the null hypothesis listed below. Some of the dead manatees are showing signs of shock and some dolphins’ skin is showing signs of possible RF damage and/or burns. That location has approximately 23,000,000 watts of pulsed, high gain microwave radars within a 25 mile area. Since pulsed microwave radars work by refracting and reflecting microwaves off the overhead atmosphere/aircraft and only a small portion of the microwave power makes it back to the radar dish it is theorized that much of the radiation’s power may be “grounding out” into the surrounding earth and highly conductive oceans/salt waterways through electromagnetic inductance and conductance and damaging all wildlife at/near the surface of the waterways via electromagnetic discharge.

List of Pulsed Microwave Radar Stations in Brevard, FL. EIRP is “Equivalent Isotropic Radiated Power”. It looks like the total radar pulsed power in the area is more like 23,000,000 watts.
This is a non-isotropic radiation profile of the area based upon an average cloud ceiling of 15,000 feet and average radar dish angle of 10 degrees. The scattered radiation forms a ring or band around the radar station due to the “cone of silence” since the radars do not typically point more than 60 degrees up from horizontal. Diameter of ring will vary depending upon actual weather conditions and specific radar angles

The last time I ran this analysis, I had only identified 14 Radar Locations (FAA and Weather) in Florida. I have added Military Dopplers and I have a total of 29 radars identified. Unfortunately for the manatee, many of the radars were in the same locations as the weather radars and the statistics are more damaging.

Conclusion
We may have a significant PROBLEM with our “non-ionizing” high-powered pulsed microwave radars and somebody will have to convince me otherwise. I am going back in time and will report on some older data. While the radars are not ionizing directly, I am the scattered microwave and electromagnetic radiation, which may be increasing increasing oxidation rates and corrosion. The surrounding highly conductive brackish seawater has lots of ions in solution and I believe the pulsed electromagnetic fields are “coupling” with the surface of the water and inducing low-level electrical discharge currents along the surface (skin effects) and charge clusters in seawater. I believe it is our hydrometeors (precipitation) and overhead aircraft causing refraction and reflection of the microwaves and bending and scattering/ducting microwave radiation back to the Earth and oceans. Refraction will be worse during storms, which are really just a temporary increase in refractivity due to precipitation. This chronic increase in weakly oxidizing radiation around the towers is causing accelerated AGING and decay in the surroundings. I think it is also the cause for the chronic wasting & disease of other biology around us INCLUDING US.
Somebody should check those starfish for dissolving calcium carbonate endoskeletons, the West coast is lined with high powered military tracking radars on top of the normal weather radars, making it much worse. This will be the same problem for all countries with radars. Our military paranoia and high tech gadgetry is destroying all of nature’s health.
