Never hire me to do research. I am not trained in the scientific process as I am an engineer. I take my research too personally and I jump to conclusions and become angry. Correlation is not causation, bla bla bla. I make stupid jokes that nobody laughs at. I am predicting things due to dark energy when nobody knows what or where it is. I get musicians to sing songs thinking they are more sensitive about life and dark energy then the rest of us. I send emails to scientists I don’t even know. I have become obsessed with my research and I need to get a life. Phew, I feel better now.
Oxidative Stress Hypothesis in Alzheimer’s Disease
The major hurdle in understanding Alzheimer’s disease (AD) is a lack of knowledge about the etiology and pathogenesis of selective neuron death. In recent years, considerable data have accrued indicating that the brain in AD is under increased oxidative stress and this may have a role in the pathogenesis of neuron degeneration and death in this disorder. The direct evidence supporting increased oxidative stress in AD is: (1) increased brain Fe, Al, and Hg in AD, capable of stimulating free radical generation; (2) increased lipid peroxidation and decreased polyunsaturated fatty acids in the AD brain, and increased 4-hydroxynonenal, an aldehyde product of lipid peroxidation in AD ventricular fluid; (3) increased protein and DNA oxidation in the AD brain; (4) diminished energy metabolism and decreased cytochrome c oxidase in the brain in AD; (5) advanced glycation end products (AGE), malondialdehyde, carbonyls, peroxynitrite, heme oxygenase-1 and SOD-1 in neurofibrillary tangles and AGE, heme oxygenase-1, SOD-1 in senile plaques; and (6) studies showing that amyloid beta peptide is capable of generating free radicals. Supporting indirect evidence comes from a variety of in vitro studies showing that free radicals are capable of mediating neuron degeneration and death. Overall, these studies indicate that free radicals are possibly involved in the pathogenesis of neuron death in AD. Because tissue injury itself can induce reactive oxygen species (ROS) generation, it is not known whether this is a primary or secondary event. Even if free radical generation is secondary to other initiating causes, they are deleterious and part of a cascade of events that can lead to neuron death, suggesting that therapeutic efforts aimed at removal of ROS or prevention of their formation may be beneficial in AD. © 1997 Elsevier Science Inc.
Oxidative stress in autism
Autism is a severe developmental disorder with poorly understood etiology. Oxidative stress in autism has been studied at the membrane
level and also by measuring products of lipid peroxidation, detoxifying agents (such as glutathione), and antioxidants involved in the defense
system against reactive oxygen species (ROS). Lipid peroxidation markers are elevated in autism, indicating that oxidative stress is increased
in this disease. Levels of major antioxidant serum proteins, namely transferrin (iron-binding protein) and ceruloplasmin (copper-binding
protein), are decreased in children with autism. There is a positive correlation between reduced levels of these proteins and loss of previously
acquired language skills in children with autism. The alterations in ceruloplasmin and transferrin levels may lead to abnormal iron and copper
metabolism in autism. The membrane phospholipids, the prime target of ROS, are also altered in autism. The levels of phosphatidylethanolamine
(PE) are decreased, and phosphatidylserine (PS) levels are increased in the erythrocyte membrane of children with autism as compared to
their unaffected siblings. Several studies have suggested alterations in the activities of antioxidant enzymes such as superoxide dismutase,
glutathione peroxidase, and catalase in autism. Additionally, altered glutathione levels and homocysteine/methionine metabolism, increased
inflammation, excitotoxicity, as well as mitochondrial and immune dysfunction have been suggested in autism. Furthermore, environmental
and genetic factors may increase vulnerability to oxidative stress in autism. Taken together, these studies suggest increased oxidative stress
in autism that may contribute to the development of this disease. A mechanism linking oxidative stress with membrane lipid abnormalities,
inflammation, aberrant immune response, impaired energy metabolism and excitotoxicity, leading to clinical symptoms and pathogenesis of
autism is proposed. © 2006 Elsevier Ireland Ltd. All rights reserved
Free radicals, metals and antioxidants in oxidative stress-induced cancer
Oxygen-free radicals, more generally known as reactive oxygen species (ROS) along with reactive nitrogen species (RNS) are
well recognised for playing a dual role as both deleterious and beneficial species. The “two-faced” character of ROS is substantiated
by growing body of evidence that ROS within cells act as secondary messengers in intracellular signalling cascades, which induce
and maintain the oncogenic phenotype of cancer cells, however, ROS can also induce cellular senescence and apoptosis and can
therefore function as anti-tumourigenic species. The cumulative production of ROS/RNS through either endogenous or exogenous
insults is termed oxidative stress and is common for many types of cancer cell that are linked with altered redox regulation of cellular
signalling pathways. Oxidative stress induces a cellular redox imbalance which has been found to be present in various cancer cells
compared with normal cells; the redox imbalance thus may be related to oncogenic stimulation. DNA mutation is a critical step in
carcinogenesis and elevated levels of oxidative DNA lesions (8-OH-G) have been noted in various tumours, strongly implicating such
damage in the etiology of cancer. It appears that the DNA damage is predominantly linked with the initiation process. This review
examines the evidence for involvement of the oxidative stress in the carcinogenesis process. Attention is focused on structural,
chemical and biochemical aspects of free radicals, the endogenous and exogenous sources of their generation, the metal (iron,
copper, chromium, cobalt, vanadium, cadmium, arsenic, nickel)-mediated formation of free radicals (e.g. Fenton chemistry), the
DNA damage (both mitochondrial and nuclear), the damage to lipids and proteins by free radicals, the phenomenon of oxidative
stress, cancer and the redox environment of a cell, the mechanisms of carcinogenesis and the role of signalling cascades by ROS;
in particular, ROS activation of AP-1 (activator protein) and NF-B (nuclear factor kappa B) signal transduction pathways, which
in turn lead to the transcription of genes involved in cell growth regulatory pathways. The role of enzymatic (superoxide dismutase
(Cu, Zn-SOD, Mn-SOD), catalase, glutathione peroxidase) and non-enzymatic antioxidants (Vitamin C, Vitamin E, carotenoids,
thiol antioxidants (glutathione, thioredoxin and lipoic acid), flavonoids, selenium and others) in the process of carcinogenesis as
well as the antioxidant interactions with various regulatory factors, including Ref-1, NF-B, AP-1 are also reviewed.

In our everyday lives, we have certain expectations about the natural world in which we live. We expect that when it clouds over and rains, for example, we will get wet. When we stand atop a mountain in the dark of night, we will see the stars shimmering brightly above and perhaps the glimmer of city lights below in the distance. When we sit on the verandah on a warm summer’s night, our lunar companion will appear suspended in position while it inches its way across the night sky.
But sometimes, nature throws us a curve ball.
It’s raining … mud, fish & frogs

I grabbed this article from here. What I wanted to show was that many of these mirages are not just lensing and bending and magnifying light, they are also bending electromagnetic microwave radiation from the Doppler radars. This is not just an optical effect, these strings of vacuum in our atmosphere are gravitationally bending the entire electromagnetic spectrum. They are creating the cold inversion of gas in the atmosphere because they are “pulling a vacuum” and dropping the local pressure and temperature along their path. We are all getting vacuum formed by our quantum field, one atom at a time.
“Directly across the lake from Grand Haven — but well beyond the horizon — is Milwaukee, over 80 miles away,” Rickards spokesman Tom Dingle said recently. “On an occasion in 1977, a temperature inversion over Lake Michigan created a superior mirage, and the lights of Milwaukee’s skyline became clearly visible across the water, bent from beyond the horizon by layers of cold air in the atmosphere.”
Rickards is developing a video that will weave together spoken recollections of the mirages of the Wisconsin shoreline, as seen by residents of Grand Haven. “This strange and rare event happens only when specific atmospheric circumstances occur, conjuring the image of Milwaukee from beyond the horizon through a precise combination of atmospheric layers at differing temperatures,” Dingle said. “The result is an immaterial image of a city hanging above the surface of the lake.” This also happens on very rare occasion to the lights of Cleveland going across the lake to Ontario, Canada.

Pamela Kellogg says:
I’m looking at the lights from Wisconsin right now — spectacular! I first heard about this rare occurence when we moved out to the lake about 6 years ago but I was very skeptical. It is, after all, 80 miles away? At first glance I wondered what kind of fish could be drawing so many fishing boats this night. Then, after studying the horizon, I realized these could not be boats. Very cool!

Cort S. says:
There seems to be a lot of anomalous propagation and beam ducting taking place on regional radars tonight, especially at Chicago:
The radar beam is being bent or refracted down to the ground by the atmosphere, and is picking up echoes off the ground, which the radar is interpreting as a big shield of weak echoes and spikes surrounding the radar site.
Grand Rapids radar also had some anomalous propagation and ducting around the time of the superior mirage:

If you look closely, you will see that those filament-like structures have aligned gravitationally along the center of our Sun. They will actually follow it across the sky, as they are really just the condensing contrails of strings of dark/vacuum energy from our decaying quantum vacuum gravity field with the Sun. These strings will contains as much or more energy than that of the Earth, all curled up in these thin strings the width of a proton (or less). As these strings decay to protons in our dimensions, they ionize oxygen in our atmosphere and create water vapor and the whispy filament trails that you see. There may be many of these filaments at once, all oscillating at varying frequencies and interacting and decaying, creating lensing effects, intricate patterns and low pressure disturbances in the atmosphere.

As I have stared at that Indian River Lagoon for six months and at the US in general for a year along with weather patterns, I tried to develop an image in my mind of what the atmosphere could be doing to the waterways. I already had a model that our atmosphere/quantum vacuum field was normally weakly ionizing, it gets us all after 80 years or so, give or take. And during storms it appears much more ionizing (just look at the atmosphere during a storm). So I at least could use my chemical engineering background to understand that the atmosphere around those radar towers must be penetrating the waterways and chronically ionizing dissolved oxygen from the waterways, making it very hard for those fish to breathe. And once you have free radicals of oxygen running around, look out, they will gradually oxidize the surroundings through redox reactions, creating what we know as “rust” on metals. This includes the “rusting” or “aging” and accelerated oxidation of all surrounding biology.
So let’s imagine that Indian River Lagoon is like our bloodstream, carrying dissolved oxygen to those fish just as it carries dissolved oxygen throughout our bodies and brain. But let’s suppose that something has penetrated and ionized that dissolved oxygen, such that it is now combining or oxidizing everything in its surroundings, such as nitrogen and phosphorous in the lagoon and possibly nitrogen in a childs’ bloodstream, producing nitrous oxide and such as those free radicals cause oxidative stress and hypoxic conditions within the bloodstream and on surrounding biology. This is what I perceive is happening when you get multiple radars overlapping and they increase this chronic increase in weakly ionizing discharge from the atmosphere on all biology below. So here is a highly cited paper on oxidative stress as an indicator in autism spectrum disorders.
Nineteen of the 20 children participating in the study were diagnosed with “regressive” autism (apparently normal development
until regression into autism between ages 1.5 and 3 y).On the basis of their abnormal metabolic profiles, we hypothesize
that an increased vulnerability to oxidative stress (environmental, intracellular, or both) and impaired methylation capacity may
contribute to the development and clinical manifestation of regressive autism.
Hypoxia is also recognized as a potential trigger/indicator for autism:
Autism spectrum disorders (ASD) are associated with complications of pregnancy that implicate fetal hypoxia (FH); the excess of ASD in male gender is poorly understood. We tested the hypothesis that risk of ASD is related to fetal hypoxia and investigated whether this effect is greater among males.
Proposed Toxic and Hypoxic Impairment of a Brainstem Locus in Autism
Abstract: Electrophysiological findings implicate site-specific impairment of the nucleus tractus solitarius (NTS) in autism. This invites hypothetical consideration of a large role for this small brainstem structure as the basis for seemingly disjointed behavioral and somatic features of autism. The NTS is the brain’s point of entry for visceral afference, its relay for vagal reflexes, and its integration center for autonomic control of circulatory, immunological, gastrointestinal, and laryngeal function. The NTS facilitates normal cerebrovascular perfusion, and is the seminal point for an ascending noradrenergic system that modulates many complex behaviors. Microvascular configuration predisposes the NTS to focal hypoxia. A subregion—the “pNTS”—permits exposure to all blood-borne neurotoxins, including those that do not readily transit the blood-brain barrier. Impairment of acetylcholinesterase (mercury and cadmium cations, nitrates/nitrites, organophosphates, monosodium glutamate), competition for hemoglobin (carbon monoxide, nitrates/nitrites), and higher blood viscosity (net systemic oxidative stress) are suggested to potentiate microcirculatory insufficiency of the NTS, and thus autism.
Oxygen and glucose deprivation in autism and role of calcium signalling
Neonatal hypoxia has been hypothesised to play an etiological role in development of autism. In animal models, hypoxia and hypoxic brain lesions are associated with some of autism-related neurobehavioral symptoms, including withdrawal in social and novel situations, diminished exploration in novel fields and repetitive behaviours [14985924, 16482712, 8075818].
Based upon my research, I think the Indian River Lagoon is indicative of what is occurring within the bloodstream of all biology subject to chronic, weakly ionizing radiation from the surrounding atmosphere due to those overlapping, high powered, pulsed microwave radars. Children and the elderly are at greater immediate risk but I think all biology is suffering over time.
I have sort of short changed Volcanoes on this blog although they are pretty impressive all by themselves. You probably remember my post way back on research that connected many of these eruptions to quantum vacuum field disturbances triggered by these strings and particles of curled up vacuum coming off our Earth Brane. The reason I think that, other than the fact I am weird, is that scientists have detected some strange things before during and after volcanoes, I will summarize them for you. You guys already know that I think Doppler radar EMR interacts with this vacuum and get bent and twisted and absorbed and attenuated, etc. So here is an example:
Synthetic Aperture Radar (SAR) Doppler Anomaly Detected During the 2010 Merapi (Java, Indonesia) Eruption
In this letter, we report the presence of a localized Doppler anomaly occurring during the focusing of a Radarsat-2 data set acquired on the Merapi volcano (Indonesia) during the devastating 2010 eruption. The Doppler anomaly is manifested as ~ 3-km-wide bull’s-eye-shaped azimuth pixel shifts between two subaperture images. The Doppler anomaly is centered on the summit-south flank of the Merapi volcano. The pixel shifts reach up to 11.6 m. Since the Merapi volcano was undergoing a large eruption during the data acquisition, it is possible that there is a volcano-related phenomenon that has delayed the radar signal so much to create measurable pixel offsets within a single synthetic aperture radar (SAR) data set, similar, but more extensive, to the signal generated by targets motions; similar, but less extensive, to the signal generated by ionospheric perturbations.
Ionospheric Disturbances Recorded by DEMETER Satellite over Active Volcanoes: From August 2004 to December 2010
During almost two centuries, only land observations were feasible and a part of them has shown that electric and/or magnetic signals (called hereafter electromagnetic (EM) signals) may occur before earthquakes and volcanic eruptions. But till now, the recognition well in advance of the characteristics of a future disaster with a large degree of confidence is not yet achieved. However, results obtained on active faults and active volcanoes have reached different levels of achievements.
Along with active faults, a number of observations of preseismic electromagnetic anomalies have now been reported on land in a number of reliable cases (i.e., [1–4]). Most of these signals are transient anomalies which appear during a few minutes or less to some days, but the generation of the EM signals [5–12] is still a matter of debate (i.e., [13]). Some long-term anomalies over months to years are mainly interpreted as progressive resistivity changes in the crust (i.e., [14, 15]) or as piezomagnetic effects [16,17] related to the building-up of a regional stress field. Local transient anomalies of lifetime duration of some days to few minutes are more difficult to record, and the vast coverage of satellite observations becomes a suitable means for global earthquake study. Anomalies in the ionosphere were found, as prior to the recent powerful Tohoku EQ in Japan [18–21]. They are interpreted by a lithosphere-atmosphere-ionosphere coupling (i.e., [22, 23]), although the source(s) of the anomalies in the Earth remain unclear.
My point in all of this is that similar electromagnetic signals were/are detected before and during many earthquakes. , many by the same Demeter satellite. This is understood as a “lithosphere/Ionosphere coupling” mechanism. I believe that coupling mechanism is these proton width strings of quantum vacuum. The high energy ones reach up into the ionosphere and above and they all are gradually decaying into our Earth Brane. Our senses can’t detect them directly, we just see the result of their quantum decoherence around us with our senses and call the phenomena weather disturbances, earthquakes and volcanoes and such. These strings are part of our decaying quantum gravity field and they create water from their protons combining with oxygen in our atmosphere.
These strings are why we are here and also why we don’t spend much time here in these three decaying dimensions of space. Our brains are just a conduit connection between our three dimensions and the quantum vacuum from which we came. Best I can figure.

The Flying Dutchman is a legendary ghost ship that can never make port and is doomed to sail the oceans forever. The myth is likely to have originated from 17th-century nautical folklore. The oldest extant version dates to the late 18th century. Sightings in the 19th and 20th centuries reported the ship to be glowing with ghostly light. If hailed by another ship, the crew of the Flying Dutchman will try to send messages to land, or to people long dead. In ocean lore, the sight of this phantom ship is a portent of doom.
I had often heard of the superstition of sailors respecting apparitions, but had never given much credit to the report; it seems that some years since a Dutch man-of-war was lost off the Cape of Good Hope, and every soul on board perished; her consort weathered the gale, and arrived soon after at the Cape. Having refitted, and returning to Europe, they were assailed by a violent tempest nearly in the same latitude. In the night watch some of the people saw, or imagined they saw, a vessel standing for them under a press of sail, as though she would run them down: one in particular affirmed it was the ship that had foundered in the former gale, and that it must certainly be her, or the apparition of her; but on its clearing up, the object, a dark thick cloud, disappeared. Nothing could do away the idea of this phenomenon on the minds of the sailors; and, on their relating the circumstances when they arrived in port, the story spread like wild-fire, and the supposed phantom was called the Flying Dutchman. From the Dutch the English seamen got the infatuation, and there are very few Indiamen, but what has some one on board, who pretends to have seen the apparition.[1]
